*1/4, 1/2 or Whole Beef Orders gets the exact same cuts, only difference is quantity!*

 

- All Steaks will be individually cut ranging - 1” 1/4" to 1” 3/4”

- All Roasts will be individually cut ranging - 3-5lbs

 

Ground Beef will be split 50/50

- 50% will be made into 6oz patties

- 50% will remain as ground beef in 1.5lb vacuum packages
