"The Van Osch Family Farm were very helpful and made the purchase very easy. The meat comes in a pre packaged box that held it's cold temperature for the ride home of about 45 minutes but it was just as cold as when we put the box in the car, we came prepared with coolers etc but just not needed. We have had two of the steaks and they were nice & tender."
