- All Steaks will be individually cut ranging - 1” to 1” 1/2”
- All Roasts will be individually cut ranging - 3-4lbs
Ground Beef will be split 50/50
- 50% will be made into 6oz patties
- 50% will remain as ground beef in 1.5lb vacuum packages
