Beef and Pasta Pronto

An easy, satisfying dinner recipe that's perfect for every-night cooking. Beef is what makes Beef and Pasta Pronto best!

MAKES 4 Servings - PREP TIME 5 min - COOK TIME 10 min - TOTAL TIME 15



  • 1 ¼ lb Van Osch Lean Ground Beef Sirloin*  

  • 2 cans (19 oz/540 mL EACH) Italian or chili-style tomatoes

  • 1 package (approx. 250 g) refrigerated ravioli

  • 2 cup baby spinach

  • 1 cup pitted ripe olives

  • chopped  Feta, Parmesan or Tex Mex cheese


1. Pan-fry ground beef over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned and completely cooked. Drain. Stir in tomatoes; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Meanwhile cook ravioli according to package directions; drain.

3. Stir ravioli, spinach and olives into beef mixture; heat through. Top each serving with some crumbled or grated cheese before serving.

*Other options: Lean Ground Round or Chuck, Extra Lean Ground Round or Sirloin, Lean/Extra Lean Ground Beef
