Herbed Red Wine Vinegar Marinade

The best marinades are never kept a secret. Having the right marinade for the right protein is sure to bring your culinary game to the next level. We love when our customers and fans share with us, and this recipe comes from one of our favorite Instagram fans @zetacatherine. Thanks for sharing!

MAKES 1/2 cup - PREP TIME 10 min - MARINADE TIME 8 hrs

Marinade

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Pepper

  • 1 1/2 tsp Basil

  • 1 tsp Rosemary

  • 1 Clove Garlic - Crushed

  • 1/2 Onion - Chopped

  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

  • 2 tbsp Oil

Score and brush marinade on your selected cut of beef - this is great for flank steak! Leave for 8 hours and then grill until the desired temperature is reached. Enjoy!
